Turkey announced final anti-dumping measures on HRC imports from the EU and S. Korea

Ministry of Trade set the final decision on the HRC anti-dumping case that imported from the EU and South Korea on 7 July 2022 and the decision came into force as of the day it was announced.

The duty rates were varied between %7-12.8 for the European Union, and %7-9 for South Korea.

In the announced decision, it is decided that IF steels will be excluded from the scope of the case.

Establishing a fast communication platform with its customers with the digital solution called Stargate, Yıldız Demir Çelik is now launching the "Steelgo" service, which will ensure product delivery within one day, breaking new ground in the sector. With Steelgo, which aims to keep the most preferred products planned by Yıldız Demir Çelik with the philosophy of production in stock, and to deliver them to the customers quickly, the orders of the customers until 16.00 during the day will be loaded on the vehicles the next day and set off. Customers will be able to receive their orders on the same day or the next day, depending on the location of their address.

It will also prevent customers from being affected by price volatility.

Stating that Steelgo represents the combination of speed and steel, Yıldız Demir Çelik Deputy General Manager Erhan Özdemir said, "With the motto of "Shortcut to Steel", we launched Steelgo in line with our goal of becoming a brand that keeps up with the digital transformation required by the era. The European Commission announced the dumping margins for HDG imports from Turkey and Russia!

Following the investigation that was initiated on 24 June 2021, the European Commission announced anti-dumping measures on galvanized steel products imported from Turkey and Russia, with the report published on May 10.
